Leora Lawson, J.D.,

Leora Lawson received her Juris Doctor from Schulich School of Law and is a practicing member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

After having both Clerked during law school and Articled with Singleton Family Law prior to becoming associated with the Firm in the practice, Leora has begun her career already having received significant experience in all areas of family law.

Thomas J. Singleton is a highly experienced family law practitioner who has argued some of the most contentious cases before the courts in Nova Scotia. Mr. Singleton regularly appears before the various family courts in Nova Scotia on a wide variety of family law issues, including child custody and access, child and spousal support, division of assets and debt issues and contested divorce proceedings.


 Sheena O’Rielly B.A., J.D. 

Sheena’s practice covers a variety of family law issues, including common law separation, divorce, spousal support, property division, child support, custody and mobility issues. Sheena’s work in these areas ranges from review and preparation of family law contracts or court documents, to negotiating issues between the parties and advocating for her clients in court.
